Buy It Once
The Last Toothpick Holder You Will Ever Buy. Because It Is Machined, Not Molded.
Plastic toothpick cases crack in a work pocket, spill picks into the lint, and end up in the trash by spring. This one is machined from solid Grade 1 titanium, seals with an o-ring, and dispenses one clean pick with a quick twist and shake. It rides on your keys or clips to your pocket, takes jobsite abuse without complaint, and has no coating to chip and nothing that expires. A year of design went into the V3.1 so you never think about it again.

The Material Argument
35 Grams of Titanium Beats a Lifetime of Plastic Cases
Grade 1 commercially pure titanium, the purest commercial grade and an upgrade over the previous version, is lighter and stronger than steel, cannot rust, and carries no coating, liner, or paint. The unpolished matte surface grips in the hand and hides pocket wear. At 35 grams you will forget it is on your keys until you need it.
About the weight of six quarters. Full titanium, zero filler.
Up to 20 thin double-sided picks, about 14 thicker flavored picks.
Purest commercial titanium grade. No coating, no corrosion, no expiration date.
Note: the o-ring seal is a near airtight pocket seal, built to keep flavored picks fresh and dry through daily carry and rain. It is a toothpick holder, not a dive canister. And the clip and top screw are captive by design, so there are no small parts to lose and none to remove.
On the Job
Built for Hands That Break Cheap Gear
Clip it inside a work pocket or run it on the truck keys. The matte body shrugs off drops onto concrete, the picks stay clean through drywall dust and sawdust, and the twist dispenser works one-handed with gloves hanging off one finger. After lunch at the tailgate, you have a clean pick before the next guy finds a napkin.
The Mechanism
A Dispenser Solved Like an Engineering Problem
A quick turn indexes the top to reveal the dispense port, and a ball bearing feed drops exactly one pick. The V3.1 revision added a hard stop so the cap cannot over-turn and the bearing cannot pop out, plus a slightly larger opening and a longer top section. It is over-built on purpose.

One Tool, Many Jobs
Toothpicks Today. Pills, Matches, or an AAA Battery Tomorrow.
The sealed titanium body does not care what it protects. Flavored toothpicks stay fresh and stay put. Swap in vitamins, matches, fish hooks, tinder, folded bills, or a spare AAA battery. The included keyring and spare o-ring seals are in the box, and the longer V3.1 top section even holds salt or spices for camp cooking.

Failure Analysis
Every Toothpick Case Fails Somewhere. We Removed the Failure Modes.
Most toothpick carriers die one of four deaths: cracked plastic, a lost cap, a jammed dispenser, or stale picks. Each one was engineered out of the V3.1 at the design stage.
| Component | What usually fails | This holder |
|---|---|---|
| Body | Plastic tube cracks in a pocket, spills picks | Machined Grade 1 titanium, screw-together halves |
| Cap | Flip caps and loose lids get lost | Captive top and clip, nothing detaches, nothing to lose |
| Dispenser | Over-turning pops the ball bearing out | V3.1 hard stop prevents over-turn, bearing stays seated |
| Seal | Flavored picks go stale in paper boxes | O-ring seal keeps flavor and dryness locked in |
| Finish | Painted metal chips, steel rusts | Bare unpolished titanium, no coating to chip, cannot corrode |

How It Works
A Clean Pick in 3 Steps
Load
Unscrew the body, drop in up to 20 thin picks, seal it back on the o-ring.
Twist
A quick turn of the top indexes it open to the dispense port. The hard stop means you cannot over-turn it.
Tip
Tilt, and the ball bearing top drops exactly one pick into your fingers. Twist back to seal.
Before you order: toothpicks are not included, the picks in photos are for size reference. Sized for thin single and double pointed picks, about 20 double-sided or 14 thicker flavored picks. The pocket clip and top screw are captive and cannot be removed. The seal is near airtight for freshness and pocket carry, not for submersion.
