HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
Domestic shipping tends to take 2-5 business days for all orders in the United States. All items listed on this website are shipped from USA warehouse.
WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped out in multiple shipments. So you may receive them on separate days.
***If you are using a mail/package forwarder in the USA, please make sure all items are received before shipping out to your home country to avoid extra shipping.

Yes most of our products now ship internationally through UPS or DHL. If you want an item shipped to your address, we recommend using a mail/package forwarded here in the USA to forward mail to your country for a fee. You send the order to their warehouse, then pay for the shipping to your country.
WHERE’S MY ORDER?
After your order is fulfilled, we will send an email to you with a shipping tracking number.
WHERE’S MY PACKAGE? USPS Says Delivered.
We have seen an increase in orders shipped through USPS saying delivered when in fact the package is still in their delivery van. The package will usually be delivered the next day. Ocassionaly USPS delivers to a neighbor. Please allow a few days to see if package arrives and leave a note in your mailbox with tracking info for USPS to investigate. If it still does not show up, please contact us.

to file a claim. If insured usps will investigate and issue you a refund.

My Valtcan Valt88 Fume Extractor hose broke. How do I fix or get replacement?
The hose for our Valt88 model is constructed out of a single piece of polymer and will split when bent too acutely. It can be fixed by "popping back" the split hose into place. Then flex the hose to make sure it is seated correctly in place.
