Position: Content Creator & Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (with occasional on-site shoots)
Type: Full-time/Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:

    • Produce high-quality video and photo content for Valtcan.com’s products, events, and campaigns.
    • Create engaging demo reels, product showcases, tutorials, and other video formats.
    • Capture compelling product photography for use across digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage and curate content across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
    • Develop a consistent posting schedule, ensuring content is regularly uploaded to increase engagement.
    • Use insights and analytics to adjust content strategy and improve overall performance.
  • Brand Storytelling:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with the Valtcan brand.
    • Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Community Engagement:

    • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in online conversations to foster a loyal community.
    • Monitor social media trends, influencers, and new tools to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in videography and photography, preferably in a product or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar).
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a creative team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that drives brand awareness.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns and influencers is a plus.

Valtcan.com, led by its founder and CEO Wilson, is seeking an Executive Support Specialist to assist in driving sales growth, improving day-to-day operations, and enhancing cash flow management. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of the business and helping Wilson stay focused on high-impact activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth Support:

    • Collaborate with Wilson to identify and execute strategies to increase sales.
    • Help research and target new markets, clients, and sales channels.
    • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and recommend action plans for improvement.
  • Operations Management:

    • Oversee and streamline day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.
    • Assist in managing vendor relationships, inventory, and logistics.
    • Ensure that the team is meeting deadlines and productivity goals, taking proactive steps to address operational bottlenecks.
  • Financial Oversight:

    • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability on a weekly/monthly basis.
    • Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
    • Identify opportunities to cut costs and improve financial performance.
  • Founder Support:

    • Provide administrative and personal support to Wilson to help him stay focused on core business goals.

  • Strategic Initiatives:

    • Research business trends, competitors, and opportunities for innovation.
    • Support the implementation of growth strategies, from product launches to marketing campaigns.
    • Manage special projects that align with company goals and growth targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, operations management, and basic financial principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with leadership.
